• Access to a monthly online tutorial, activity sheets and fact sheets
• Email support with a tutor to assist you when you get stuck
• Two 30-minute phone calls per month with your designated tutor
• Support and guidance on whether you are ready to take the exam

Tutorials will be completed within a virtual classroom and give you the chance to speak to a tutor about any problems you are having. The tutor will help show you the best method to work out the question or questions that you are struggling with.

Support Plus

This package lasts 3 months from the date of purchase.

This package is the one for you if you’re really struggling with the course, or, you urgently need the qualification to progress into higher education or start the career of your dreams. Included in this, you get:

• Access to a monthly online tutorial, activity sheets and fact sheets
• Email support with a tutor to assist you when you get stuck
• One 30-minute phone call per week with your designated tutor
• Support and guidance on whether you are ready to take the exam
• Additional coaching once you are at the point of preparing for the exam
